As the autumn arrives with a renewed vigour, it is time to finally turn my attention back to the notations of my quill upon ‘The Pupillage Blog’, which as ever will have regular updates across Twitter and a more focused approach to life both at the Bar and events within the profession on the Blog.

After much deliberation, I have decided to create a new page for ‘The Pupillage Blog’ entitled ‘Current Pupillage Opportunities 2013’ I am mindful that no doubt we will all see an ongoing change within our profession as the Government makes continued cuts to the Legal Aid system. In this interview with the Bar Council, I can hopefully shed some legal rays of sunlight upon the forthcoming ‘Pupillage Gateway’ and persuasively put forward those all-important FAQ’s for both pupils and chambers alike, as attentions begin to shift towards this new bespoke online pupillage application system. It has been a very long summer in Pupillageville and I have finally been able to blow off the cobwebs from the electronic quill, so as to at last engage once again (in a more timely way), with writing another draft upon ‘The Pupillage Blog’.
