I am mindful that no doubt we will all see an ongoing change within our profession as the Government makes continued cuts to the Legal Aid system. It has been a very long summer in Pupillageville and I have finally been able to blow off the cobwebs from the electronic quill, so as to at last engage once again (in a more timely way), with writing another draft upon ‘The Pupillage Blog’. These last few months have been very difficult for me [...] For those gearing up for the forthcoming pupillage interviews, news from the front that barristers may take the uncharted step of initiating strike action It is time to address the fundamental question of whether the opportunity of attaining a pupillage is more than just a mere roll of the dice? With the pupillage season in full swing I am really pleased to welcome Thom Dyke to The Pupillage Blog for a Guest Book Review upon Banks on Sentence..
